Our Booking Process

1. Inquire
Fill out our inquiry form with basic details about your event. Feel free to include Pinterest boards, the general vision you’re going for, any extra special details you’d like to include. We’ll reach out to confirm we’re available that day and set up a consultation.
2. Let’s Chat!
Our initial consultation usually takes place over Google Meets or Zoom and is around 30 minutes. This is a creative brainstorming call where we’ll talk through your inspiration photos, the vibe and aesthetic of your event, any specific florals to include, and any other special touches for your day! We’ll also go over your exact needs and budget. This is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a more “face to face” way.
03. Your Custom Proposal & Quote
After our consultation, a custom proposal & quote will be created for your event. It contains a mood board for the day, flower types to be used, example images of each product, and an itemized breakdown of each piece and component.
04. Secure Your Date
YAY you love what you see in your proposal! To secure your spot in our books, we ask for a 25% non-refundable retainer and the signing of our booking contract.

You’re on the books! Now what?
Wonderful you’ve booked us as your florist! We’re here for you for all of your flower needs and ideas. Feel free to contact us anytime, we’re here to jump on a call, video chat, email, text, with unlimited communication about your big day.
The Proposed Design
See a new inspiration image that is making you swoon? Realized you actually do want to include another color in your color palette? No problem! Up until a month before your date we’ll work with you to update your design & proposal as needed.
Quantity Changes
Not sure how many table centerpieces you’ll actually need yet? That’s totally fine! A month before your date we’ll lock in the final quantities of each piece and you’ll receive your remaining invoice. This is typically when you'll know your RSVP list and gives us another touch point before the big day.
It’s Finally Here!
The big event day has arrived! Leave the rest to us, dream worthy florals are on their way! For full service events, we’ll handle all the behind the scenes from set up to tear down. We can even package your flowers for your guests to take home.
