Now at select venues, River Daughter also offers day of coordination. Your wedding day deserves pristine attention to detail combined with an eye for design.
From morning till night, we’ll make sure the entire day flows exactly like you envisioned, or even better!
What We Offer
A day of coordinator is your event management super star on your wedding day. You’ve likely spent months planning each aspect of the day, now we’re here to make sure it all goes to plan while you celebrate!
As a lover of a good party and advocate for guest experience, we’ll walk with you through each portion of your day and craft the perfect plan to bring it to life. From your florals to your dance floor, snacks in the bridal suite to late night cake cutting, each detail will be executed with extreme care and class.

Before your big day we’ll meet to go over every little detail.

We’ll confirm details with each one of your vendors and become a point person for communication with each of them day of.

In addition to setting up your River Daughter florals, we can also set up any other basic decor you’d like to display! From table numbers to family photos, we’ll ensure everything is in the perfect place.

We’ll work with you to create a stress-proof timeline of the entire day, and coordinate with all of your vendors to bring it to life. From your “I do”s to the cake cutting, grand entrances and special dances, we’ll plan the perfect day! We’ll ensure we stay on schedule and nothing gets overlooked.

We’re onsite and available to help direct your guests, arrange your wedding party, and answer any questions.

Day of Coordination Pricing
With Florals from River Daughter
If you are already one of River Daughter’s floral design clients, we provide Day of Coordination services for $500. This includes full day coverage with Rachel onsite, from the time you start getting ready to tear down of your event. We’ll even wrap your flowers up for you guests if you’d like!
As a Stand-Alone Service
For Day of Coordination services without floral design from River Daughter, our pricing is $1000. This includes full day coverage with Rachel or a member of the River Daughter team onsite.
